Great room and great service very clean.

Excellent value for money. The breakfast was sumptuous. The location is beautiful. The chef Mr Chowang took special care of our needs.

The suites are very old , jacuzzi was not working

Good location offering access to various adventure activities, treks etc. Mountain facing rooms had a great view including balcony.

Toilet in initial room was not working properly, so had to wait to be moved to another room.

View from the room was excellent. Terrace is spacious with a good eating space and the view is simply superb. Food was good and service was on time.

Pricing of the room seemed a lil' on the higher side.

It was noisy! Work was being done on the hotel and it was very noisy. Kids screaming in the hallways…

The staff at the dining restaurant was exceptionally courteous.

We had booked 3 rooms. The third room was still not ready for occupancy at 4.00 pm when we landed there

It's a good property and definitely offers a great view, apparently doesn't meet the standards of a resort though. Rooms should be cozier and carpeted considering its a cold region. Corridors are huge but too outdated, could probably make use of the vast area to fill in with plants & paintings to make it more lively. Bed and linens weren't sparkling white and basic dusting weren't in place at all. Staff should be more confident when dealing with customers and should be able to comprehend what the ask is. If any customer has a booking then the anticipation should keep things & check rooms prior to arrival to avoid any chaos. Honestly, the only thing that still hooked me on and not changes were the view of snow-clad mountains and certainly the hassle to find a new place as my stay was only for 2 nights.

The staff and the manager were very, very hospitable. We had a hot water issue and it was resolved promptly. The manager was very kind and gave us a discounted upgrade. The silence and the views in the morning were fantastic.

The breakfast was so-so. But if you ask politely they will go out of their way to make you what you want. One of the waiters tried to tell us that the Triund trek was closed unless you went with a guide He said only a licensed guide like his brother could take us up. We didn't listen and had a wonderful day on the trail.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is new and well maintained. One of the better hotels in the area. The food was good and executive chef Khem Singh went out of the way to make our meals enjoyable.

Crowd and noise due to parties hosted by non residents. Slightly disrupted our stay. We could not enjoy the terrace in the evening.

The location is good as it is serene and still not very far from the major attractions. The food was delicious the chef goes the extra mile to suggest and offer food recommendations.

The Staff was amazing. Very helpful and attentive, especially the restaurant manager Mr Kishore. He was just too good and super helpful. He even had a local delicacy made for us on last day stay. Karan from reception had us upgraded to a higher category room at no extra cost. Just super.

The hotel staff and service lacks the basics that any hotel, leave aside a luxury hotel shoukd have. - There was no door mat leave aside a mat in front if the bathroom or Jacuzzi. - No bell boy to receive us when we entered. - Dirty and ill maintained room. - Cheap bathroom fittings compared to the room charge. For. The flush had to be pressed hardly for the water to come out. No rush in water flow in the pot hence. - The staff initially lacked proper hospitalilty and would only answer anything when asked. I hardly found a smile in some of their faces. Seemed like they themselves are not satisified with their job or are not well trained. - No fridge in a luxury room? Really? - A mirror inside the cupboard for such a huge room. - No dressing table. - Unprofessional staff. For eg. There was a holi party on the first night and it was the most boring parties I have attended in any of the luxury hotels with no body in front of the buffet counters all the times. Only when asked would they serve us something. Hardly attending the guests whuch is a mere formality. The buffet menu itself was so small although the food was good but served cold. - One the second night I ordered an ala- carte dinner and firstly they charged me the wrong bill which was lesser than the amount I ordered. It was my honesty that I asjed them to correct. Allover not fit to be a 4-star.

The location was amazing, the fields all around, a small stream upfront, mountain views at close quarters and a glorious sunrise all made the stay worth it

The bathrooms had limited toiletries and average upkeep. The dining area also looks drab although breakfast and dining options were ok.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Chef made wonderful food, the dining staff at lunch were fantastic and special mention to the head Batman who looked after my wife and myself so well... great stay. (Neil and Raylene)

Location was good , price were competitive, service was good, views were very nice , spacious , grand.

It was stinky , smelly washrooms , air filled with dampness and everything seemed wet and smelly , those who have allergies should stay away.
